AssessmentsWe do not accept insurance for court ordered, DOT or DSS related assessments.
Substance Use ($100/citation): Applies to underage drinking, possession of alcohol, consumption, drug possession, paraphernalia, selling, and all drug charges. DWI, Driving After Consuming ($100/citation): Applies to any alcohol or dug charge involving the operation of a motor vehicle. These assessments expire if classes are not started within 6 months. Anger ($100): Determines appropriateness for anger management classes. DOT Evaluation and Follow-Up ($200): Applies to CDL holders who violated the DOT drug and alcohol testing policy. Board of Nursing Evaluation ($150): Applies to individuals referred by the North Carolina Board of Nursing due to an alcohol or drug problem. Impaired Health Care Professional Recovery Based Group:
Our counselors understand the unique issues that health care professionals experience. We have process groups that cater toward this profession and we work closely with the NC Board of Nursing to ensure that nurses are safe to return to practice. We work closely with the NC Board of Nursing, NC Lawyers Assistance Program, Physician's Health Program, NC Caring Dental Professionals, and the Pharmacy Recovery Network. |
ClassesAll Clients must obtain an assessment prior to starting classes
ADETS ($175): Alcohol & Drug Education and Traffic School: This is a series of 5 classes totaling 16 hours of education that is offered monthly. Clients must pre-pay to register for the class. All of the classes must be attended to receive credit for the program as each class builds upon the previous. For more information on the ADETS program click on the link below http://www.ncdhhs.gov/mhddsas/services/dwi/ADETS.htm DES ($150): Drug Education School: This is a series of 5 classes totaling 15 hours of drug education that is offered monthly. Clients must pre-pay to register for the class. All of the classes must be attended to receive credit for the program as each class builds upon the previous. This program is part of the requirements under the 90-96 judgement. For more information on the DES program please refer to our "Resources" page. Anger Management ($250): This is a series of 5 individual sessions totaling 5 hours of education. This process begins with an initial anger assessment ($100). To schedule an assessment, please call and make an appointment. Treatment Classes: Each class is 2 hours of treatment and costs $35/class if paying as you go. We offer a 10% discount to clients paying for classes in full by or before the 1st class** Short Term: 20-hrs: $350 $315* 30-hrs: $525 $472.50* Long Term: 40-hrs: $700 $630* Schedule: Monday: 6:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday: 6:00pm-8:00pm Wednesday: 6:00pm-8:00pm Thursday: 1:00pm-3:00pm |
IndividualIf filing insurance, the client is responsible for the co-pay at the time of service. If the client is paying out of pocket, the cost of service is $150/60 minute session.
